Mega-Pak limited is an approved supplier of the Easypack Paper System. The
system uses 2 and 3 Ply recycled paper to create a cost effective and easy to
use void fill and cushioning material. A standard 225M roll of 2-Ply paper can
produce 1.9 cubic meters of cushioning material. The converting machine dispenses
any selected quantity, from a single cushion up to a full roll, at the flick of
a switch. Cushion length can be varied from 20cm up to 2M.
The machine can also be operated by a foot switch to generate long cushions.
When rolled into coils, these are strong enough to resist crushing and give complete
protection for heavy items.

For customers with large or small void fill applications, the Cell-O EZ II
machine uses pre-configured, perforated film in a variety of sizes and film types.
Changing film sizes or threading in new film takes only 15 seconds.
With its self-contained air supply, the Cell-O EZ II system is one of the fastest
air cushion machines available, producing small cushions at 49 lineal feet per
minute and large cushions at 32 lineal feet per minute. Operator-friendly and
maintenance-free, the Cell-O EZ II system is ideal for both large distribution
centres and smaller operations. |

Corrugated roll is available in 75M lengths and comes in a range of widths from
450mm to 1500mm. It is ideal as layering in packaging, or simply for wrapping
up products
Mega-Pak stocks a range of packing tape available in different colours, either
plain or with a variety of labels. Custom printed tapes with up to 3 colours,
are available in surprisingly small quantities. Please call for further details
